Let's see a picturesque autumn at Naruko-kyo
Naruko-kyo is a 100 meters deep, V-shaped gorge formed by erosion from the Oya River. It runs parallel to National Route 47 for 2.5 kilometers, and this entire area is filled with a fall atmosphere from mid-October through the start of November.
Looking down at Naruko-kyo from the top of the cliff, you can lay your eyes upon an extraordinary view of the autumn leaves dotted with massive rocks and green pines. It's no wonder that many consider this place to be a first-rate sightseeing spot!
