This large facility features four distinct shops: the Senka Market, the Senka Factory, the Biei Wheat Factory, and the Asperges Restaurant. At the Senka Market, you can buy the town’s freshly harvested vegetables as well as various seasonings and ingredients. At the Senka Factory, you can buy snacks such as soft-serve ice cream, pudding, cakes, and croquettes, which you can enjoy inside the shop or at the outdoor terrace tables. The Biei Wheat Factory is a bakery that sells freshly baked bread and pastries made from local wheat flour. At the Asperges Restaurant, you can enjoy fine French cuisine made with seasonal ingredients, served as a course meal or a la carte.
