Cafe Bunanoki

Feb 3, 2017

Cafe Bunanoki may be slightly hidden, but you can easily reach it by foot from Takao Yamaguchi Station. And for a reasonable price, you can enjoy the cafe’s very own specialty coffee along with some delicious sweets. I ordered a pancake and coffee for 1,000 yen, choosing my favourite cake from their selection.

If you have some time, why not join the regular classes they hold and learn how to make some of these hand-craft items? The final results of the classes are often displayed in the store. You can buy these handmade cookies or even fragrance sachets to take home.

If you happen to be in the area in the afternoon, check out their lunch menu. Cafe Bunanoki, and its warm friendly owner, is certainly a place you’ll enjoy while visiting Mount Takao.
