Located along Honmachi Shopping Street, Himeji 588 Guesthouse is just a three-minute walk from Himeji Castle. The guesthouse boasts a refurbished dining room with a 65-year history. The guesthouse itself celebrated its fifth anniversary in November 2016.

On the first floor of the guesthouse, there is a café that serves an exquisite almond butter toast! It’s a Himeji specialty that has been enjoyed for over 40 years.

It doesn’t matter who you’re travelling with – the guesthouse has mixed rooms, all-girl rooms and double rooms. That’s why, it’s no suprise you’ll find all kinds of travelers; men and women, young and old. Don’t you think that it’s interesting to meet people from all over the world?

I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy guesthouse. The rooms have WiFi and a shower with a bathtub so you will be very comfortable! The lady boss is also very friendly and hospitable.

So do consider staying here! You can expect to pay about 2,700 yen a night. And,who knows, you may get to make new friends with locals and travellers from all over the world!

姫路588ガハハハウスは、姫路城まで徒歩3分という好立地にあります。

2016年11月で5周年を迎えます。

1Fにはカフェが併設されており、姫路では40年以上前から食べられているというアーモンドバタートーストは絶品。
