Ise Ebi (Ise lobster)

The Japanese spiny lobster called Ise Ebi is known as the king of seafood.

In the Ise-Shima area of Mie Prefecture, it is prohibited to catch the lobsters from May to September during the spawning season, and only the lobsters that reach maturity in October or later can be caught.

Visitors can enjoy various lobster dishes, such as Japanese, French, and Italian cuisines.

The lobsters caught here have the finest quality because the fishermen always cherish the bounty of the sea. This is a genuine “Mie Brand” that the fishermen protect.

You should try it “once in your lifetime”.
