Located in Yobuko Town, Saga Prefecture, which is famous for squid and its morning market, Kabe Island is active in growing "amanatsu" citrus. Made using the amanatsu harvested on the island and the locally produced "amanatsu jelly" is famous among sweet lovers.

"Amanatsu Kachan" is a popular manufacturer of amanatsu jelly in Yobuko. They are meticulous about everything in the production of the jelly, from preparing soil for the field using microorganisms, a cultivation method with almost no chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and processing to jelly without any chemicals for flavor and taste, creating high-quality, safe, and delicious jelly, in which you can fully enjoy the original taste of the citrus. The jelly is contained in a skin of amanatsu, giving it a very refreshing and beautiful appearance. The jelly is available throughout year, except for late August to September. As the jelly has no preservatives added, the shelf life is only five days, so make sure to enjoy this fresh jelly quickly!
