Niseko Milk Kobo (Takahashi Farm)

Want to taste really fresh dairy products? Visit Niseko Milk Kobo, where you'll find a variety of shops selling cakes, ice-cream, yoghurt and more, all made with fresh milk from cows raised on the highest quality of natural feed at Takahashi farm.

At a corner is the restaurant called PRATIVO, which not only serves dairy products but also a buffet that's made with freshly picked vegetables from Mount Yotei (1,500 yen). I love the natural sweetness and flavor! You can also enjoy a magnificent view of Mount Yotei from a large glass window, as well as children playing happily with the animals on the lawn. One of the most popular item here is the yoghurt drink (370 yen), though what I really like is the variety.

A popular destination with families and couples, summer is when the restaurant is at its busiest. I can’t wait to be back again!
