“Daio-saki Lighthouse” is a white lighthouse built on the tip of a peninsula surrounded by the rushing waves of the Pacific Ocean, whose beautiful scenery has inspired many painters. “Anorisaki Lighthouse” is a rare square-shaped white lighthouse where visitors can see Mt. Fuji during clear weather. “Sugashima Lighthouse” is the oldest brick

lighthouse in Japan that was selected as one of “The 50 Best Lighthouses in Japan”.

They are painted white because it is found easily among blue sky and green mountains.

How about a sightseeing trip to the lighthouses on the Shima Peninsula while enjoying the pleasant sea breeze?
