Yunessun Spa Resort

No matter how many times you had enjoyed onsen in Japan, Yunessun in Hakone will definitely make you even more bewildered! Usually, different onsen will brag of different minerals and benefits, some even came with a myth on how they were discovered. But come to Yunessun, and you will discover something so extraordinary that you bet if Egyptian queen Cleopatra is still alive today, her eyes would pop out with envy! Yes, bathing in milk is already oh so outdated.

Imagine bathing (with swimsuit) in onsen mixed with green tea, coffee, red wine, sake, Dr Ci:Labo collagen, and even ramen broth! These are on top of jacuzzi, fun slide, and even the traditional bath (here's where you will need to bath in your birthday suit), in cypress tub, rotenburo, or oak barrel! For a couple of dollars more, you can even enjoy fish spa too.

Hakone is well known to be a popular onsen region just outside Tokyo, but Yunessun will override whatever you learnt about onsen in an unorthodox way!

Getting there:

From Odawara station (小田原駅), Hakone Yumoto station (箱根湯本駅), or Kowakidani station (小涌谷駅), take the Hakone-machi or Gora line bus and alight at Kowakien stop (小涌園).
