Have you ever heard of the cute sushi known as "hankan nigiri"?
Even if you have eaten sushi in Japan before, sushi of this size must be a first-time experience for you. As you can probably tell by the size of the hand in the photo, this is half the size of normal sushi, so it can be eaten in just one bite. It is called Hankan Nigiri (half-sized nigiri sushi). The brush used to apply soy sauce is also very cute and small, only 10 or so centimeters. Although the sushi itself is small, the toppings (fish) are a good size and incredibly fresh. There are many different types on offer, so you are sure to feel very satisfied!
