The Spring Lucky Draw for JAPAN by Japan (JbyJ) Members Only (“Lucky Draw”) is open to all eligible participants as stipulated in clause 2 below. Please read these Terms and Conditions (T&C) carefully before you enter into this Lucky Draw. By submitting an entry into the Lucky Draw, you agree and acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) Singapore Representative Office (“Organiser”) reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• LUCKY DRAW
  1. This contest is organised by Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) Singapore Representative Office (“Organiser”). The Organiser and its authorised agents shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this contest.
  2. 15 (fifteen) participants from Singapore will be randomly chosen to win 15 prizes (1 Prize per participant).
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, extend or end the Lucky Draw period at its sole discretion, or if the Lucky Draw is not capable of being continued for whatever reason or other reasons pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of this Lucky Draw.
  4. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you fully acknowledge and agree to have your Lucky Draw entry repurposed / published on various platforms of Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) Singapore Representative Office.
• ELIGIBILITY
  1. The Lucky Draw is open to JbyJ members aged 21 and above who are resident in Singapore.
  2. Employees and immediate families of the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, and advertising and media agencies associated with this Lucky Draw are not eligible to participate.
  3. Corporations or other entities are not eligible to participate in this campaign. Only individual Participants are eligible to participate.
  4. The Lucky Draw is open to all registered members of the JAPAN by Japan website; hence Participants must sign up on the website to join as a JAPAN by Japan member.
  5. Multiple entries will be accepted per participant.
  6. Entries for the Lucky Draw begin on 1st February 2023 and will close on 23rd February 2023. All entries after 23:59 Singapore time on the closing date (“Deadline”) shall not be qualified to enter into this Lucky Draw and shall not be entertained.
• LUCKY DRAW MECHANICS
  1. To enter into the Lucky Draw, participants will have to login to their JbyJ member ID account.
  2. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within the JbyJ members. A live YouTube video on 28th February 2023 will be held to draw the lucky winners. Once the winner has been selected, we will notify them via email on 1st March 2023. The Organiser may disqualify any winner if such winner fails to respond to any notifications from the Campaign Office within 72 hours or if any such notifications are returned as undeliverable. (Updated on: 17 Feb 2023) Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
  3. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  4. The Organiser and its authorised agents will not be responsible for wrongly entered information, delays, loss or damage to the Prize.
  5. The Organiser's decisions are final and no correspondence or questions will be entertained.
• RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISER
  1. If for any reason this Lucky Draw is unable to be conducted as planned due to any reasons, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Lucky Draw, the Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Lucky Draw. If the Organiser elects to cancel or terminate this Lucky Draw, the Organiser will not retain any rights in the Entries.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove and disqualify any Participant and/or entries found or suspected of cheating/hacking/tampering with the submission process of, the operation of and any other matters pertaining to the Lucky Draw or to be in violation of any Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw. The Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual whom it believes to have been involved in fraudulent activities or any other activities harmful to the submission process, Lucky Draw or the Organiser.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of this Lucky Draw at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
  4. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any terms contained in any promotional material for this Lucky Draw, the terms contained herein shall prevail.
  5. All results and decisions made by the Organiser at its sole discretion in relation to the Lucky Draw are final. The Organiser will not enter into any correspondence regarding the results.
• LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
  1. The Organiser, its partners, advertisers, sponsors, affiliates, authorised agents or participating agencies accepts no responsibilities for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or due to computer, IT or any technological error. The participant is fully responsible for ensuring that his or her entry complies with all the Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw, the rules of the Lucky Draw and that his or her entry reaches the Organiser in the form required by the Organiser.
  2. By entering into this Lucky Draw, all participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organiser, its affiliates and agencies, and their employees, officers, directors and representatives from any claims, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Lucky Draw (including but not limited to, any error in computing any transaction, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment), any Lucky Draw-related activities and the acceptance and/or use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder.
• GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore laws and the participants of the Lucky Draw shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore Courts.

  1. We also wish to inform you that your Personal Data may be disclosed to other parties related to JNTO Singapore Representative Office (i.e., Organiser), such as its headquarters, regional offices, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or members within the Organiser's group of companies, and/or their service providers, advertisers, sponsors and partners which may be located outside of your country, for reasons relating to the Purpose.
