En Dining has launched the Autumn Specials, featuring dishes made using Okinawan Mozuku Seaweed, Hokkaido seafood as well as cocktails made using Okinawan Brown Sugar.
Mozuku Seaweed, known as Okinawa’s Superfood, is a brown seaweed full of health benefits. The Mozuku Seaweed contains a lot of minerals and vitamins, and has the highest level of fucoidan, a sulphated polysaccharide that is present mainly in brown seaweed and this molecule was found to help suppress tumors in laboratory testing.
